What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form or the early-access signup, we receive:
- Your name, email address and company name
- The inquiry type you select and the message you write
- Your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded with the submission
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or special-category data through this website. Please do not include them in a message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive technical information on every visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. This happens through the analytics and advertising services listed below.
Why we use it
- To respond to you. A submission is used to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to continue a business conversation.
- To operate and secure the site. Traffic and abuse signals — including the anti-spam checks on our forms.
- To understand what works. Aggregate analytics on which pages and sources bring visitors.
- To measure advertising. Attributing visits to campaigns and building audiences on Meta platforms.
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to inquiries and securing the site, and on consent for analytics and advertising. See Cookies and tracking below for how to withdraw it.
Who processes it
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do share it with the service providers below, who process it on our behalf:

Cookies and tracking
The services above set cookies and similar identifiers — including Google Analytics
(_ga), the Meta Pixel (_fbp), and Cloudflare's security cookie.
Being straight with you: obizworks.com does not yet present a cookie consent banner. Analytics and advertising tags currently load when a page loads. We are moving these behind a consent gate. Until that is in place, you can control them using the options below, and we will not treat their absence as licence to do more than this page describes.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Adjust what Meta may use for advertising in your Meta ad preferences.
- Enable Global Privacy Control or a tracker-blocking extension.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: retained while a business relationship or its prospect is live, and reviewed periodically. Spam is discarded and never stored.
- Analytics data: retained according to the Google Analytics 4 retention setting on our property.
- Advertising data: retained by Meta under its own retention rules.
- Server and security logs: short-lived, kept only for abuse prevention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- Withdraw consent for analytics and advertising at any time
- Ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell or rent personal information
- Complain to your data-protection authority

International transfers
Obizworks operates in the United States and Pakistan, and our providers operate globally. Information you submit may be processed in either country and in the countries where those providers run their infrastructure. Where transfers are subject to UK or EU rules, we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place, including standard contractual clauses.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we add, remove or change a tracker or processor, we update this page and its version number. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
