How we handle your data

Governed AI, in practice. AI never takes a public or client-facing action without a human review and sign-off. The tools and data any AI agent can touch are explicitly permissioned. Every AI action is logged and auditable, and AI spend is capped and monitored.
Where it lives / who touches it. Your data runs on infrastructure we manage directly; access is limited to the founder and named delivery staff on a need-to-know basis, with single-tenant options where the work warrants it.
What we don't do. We don't sell or share your data. We don't train public AI models on it. We don't expose it to un-approved tools.
Honest disclosures. We do not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today, and we run a single, hardened, vertically-scaled environment. What we do instead: human-in-the-loop review, explicit access controls, audit logging, and single-tenant deployment where it matters. As we grow, formal certification is on our roadmap — we'll say so here when it's real, not before.
